Lead and Assistant Maintenance Positions - EPA or HVAC Cert Required
Assists with scheduling, monitoring and/or performing preventative maintenance and
apartment turns. Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances.
- Conduct maintenance-related inspections, including building and alarm systems inspections.
Provides on-call service when scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when
required.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition.
- Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards.
Communicates with the supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
2+ year's general maintenance experience, previous apartment maintenance experience a
plus!
- Ability to drive others toward maximum customer satisfaction, Strong organization and time
management skills

Assists in preparing vacant units for occupancy, including: Assists with scheduling, monitoring
and performing work orders, as needed, such as painting or carpet replacement. As well as
assisting with inspecting vacated apartments, diagnosing problems and making repairs in
areas such as: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall, Painting or any other related
tasks.
- Will be assisting with work required to complete upgrades as changing plumbing fixtures and installing ceiling fans.
Performs work order requests as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
