The Residential Manager is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of quality services and support to People We Serve (PWS) served in residential settings. The Residential Manager ensures quality service delivery and outcomes in compliance with State and Federal Rules and Regulations, as well as AbleLight Skills and Support policies and procedures. The Residential Manager monitors the residential services for a caseload of comprehensive intellectually disabled adults.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in human services or a related field.
- One years’ experience working with people are developmentally disabled.
- Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
- Must have own vehicle with insurance and ability to work in office as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts home visits regularly per client needs in their residential setting to ensure respectful and safe environments.
- Identifies, provides, and documents technical assistance given to providers.
- Completes monitoring reports and addresses any concerns noted.
- Coordinates medical services and ensures documentation, scheduling, and monitoring for all aspects of medical reports, both routine and emergent.
- Monitors compliance of funding mechanism connected with these medical supports.
- Ensures 24/7 on-call availability for phone calls, or as needed face-to-face support, to maintain the health and safety of the clients. Able to respond to emergencies as needed.
- Attends all Service Plan and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and presents updates regarding events in the client’s life. Consults with other members of the Life Skills and Support team and is prepared to present that information in these meetings or when information is requested.
