POSITION SUMMARY
Job Specifications The Accounting/HR Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in payroll, human resources and administrative activities.
Requirements:
· Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
· Establish and maintain effective organization and outstanding customer service.
· Thorough, detail-oriented and quality-conscious individual who can balance a range of tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Perform financial record keeping.
· Make calculations quickly and accurately.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
· Assist in a supporting position between the Accounting and HR teams.
· Assist with purchasing and payroll duties as assigned.
· Assist with accounts payable transactions and vendors.
· Checks invoices against purchase orders.
· Assist with on-boarding of new staff members
· Assist employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits.
· Perform general office support, special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
