ServiceMaster Advanced Restoration is a disaster restoration company located in Euless, TX. We specialize in disaster restoration related to water, fire, pack out, mold, textiles and reconstruction. We are the largest ServiceMaster company in the state of Texas, and we are continuing to grow.
Position Summary:
This person will be responsible for the administrative management of residential and commercial restoration projects through estimation, sketching, invoicing, billing and collections. They will review and develop insurance and non-insurance estimates using field inspection documentation, photos, and scope sheets. . Experience with Xactimate or MICA is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop estimates including creation of detailed sketches, along with detailed line items in Xactimate to submit for insurance and customer review.
- Provide technical explanations to customers, adjusters, etc. regarding the estimate or scope of work needed.
- Establish and maintain strong customer and insurance company relationships, providing the very best possible customer service.
- Complete and submit estimates and invoices in a timely manner, paying attention to compliance tasks and strict deadlines related to assigned projects.
- Review projects daily for missing / incomplete information
- Follow projects through to completion, including billing and collections
- Communicate with insurance companies on assigned projects, providing status updates, answering questions and resolving disputes.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Account Management team.
- Report directly to the Administrative Manager, but will also work closely with Department and Executive Management, as well as field technicians and other Account Managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
