Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients and effectively manage their staffing needs.
- Work closely with clients, the recruiting team and candidates to ensure the perfect match for open job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
- Answer questions and provide information to candidates regarding job opportunities and our organization.
- Monitor the status and performance of placed candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 5 years' experience in the staffing/recruitment industry as a Recruiter, Account Manager or Outside Salesperson.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Recruitment and CRM software

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
