When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Superstar provides our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help them understand how to see a better future using our services. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves administrative duties related to customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.
While there are no "cold calls" associated with this position, you must be able to "SELL" the firm! We have an extensive marketing program that gets potential clients in. We just need the right candidates to sign them up. In addition to your base salary, commissions are paid out monthly based on your sales performance, and you will also be eligible for quarterly bonuses.
This is a full-time job, so you MUST be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week.

$55,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities:-
Updating CRM and CMS systems to track incoming calls, leads qualified, referral sources, and other key metrics

Screen and Qualify Leads

Provide clarity about what the Lead can expect during representation

Work closely with the marketing department to identify potential campaigns
Qualifications:-
Previous experience in a personal injury law firm setting is preferred but not required

Inbound sales experience is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry

Customer service experience is required

Must have the ability to show empathy to clients

Must treat a call at 4:30 pm on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
