Job Summary:
LARGE WHOLESALE OPERATION!!!!!! PRIOR WHOLESALE EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!!!! As the Parts Manager at Classic Ford Lincoln - Columbia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our parts department. You will oversee a team of parts specialists and work closely with our service and sales departments to provide our customers with the highest quality parts and accessories for their vehicles. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The job is located in Columbia, South Carolina, and is an individual contributor role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 to $190,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the parts department
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Train and supervise parts specialists to provide excellent customer service and ensure sales goals are met
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to anticipate and fulfill parts needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Monitor and analyze department performance and report to upper management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department and adhere to safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a parts management role in the automotive industry as well as experience handling a large wholesale operation
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and increase profitability
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
