As we expand, we're venturing into the U.S. temp worker staffing market and recruitment for various U.S. positions through partnerships with companies that manage staffing across warehouses nationwide. This expansion is set to complement our successful nearshoring operations and unlock significant growth potential.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our U.S. operations. This individual will play a crucial role in building and managing our temporary worker staffing services in the United States while collaborating closely with our established nearshoring operations in Colombia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow the U.S. temp worker staffing division.
- Lead the setup and management of regulatory processes for temp worker staffing in the USA.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners to drive business growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless integration with our nearshoring business.
- Work closely with the Colombian team to align strategies and optimize cross-border operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, particularly in setting up and managing temp worker staffing operations.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish required. Fluent in written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience in sales and recruitment, in a leadership role within the outsourcing/offshoring staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales and recruitment team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to staffing and recruitment.
