We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to support a Director at a non-profit firm. As an Administrative Assistant you will assist with the daily operations, including writing correspondence, agendas, presentations and minutes. The ideal candidate should have Advanced MS Office proficiency, and excellent writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all correspondence/mailings, and plan/schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
- Manage internal/external project deadlines, support the Director with materials/documents for internal/external meetings
- Prepare and organize memos, monthly reports, yearly calendars, and other internal documents
- Assist with events and provide administrative support to other senior staff members/managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex protocols as well as high-level relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
