Responsibilities
As the Sr. Manager - HR Analytics & User Experience, you will:
- Lead HR Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Data Governance: Create and implement data governance tools to ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness.
- Single Source of Truth: Establish and maintain certification requirements for a Single Source of Truth in HR data.
- Continuous Improvement: Devise and lead plans to continually assure the quality of data and data products.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and ensure the quality of key HR data sets, reports, and metrics to highlight trends in human capital.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to promote data governance and improve strategic and operational performance.
- Data-Driven Solutions: Support the HR Leadership Team in identifying business challenges and influencing change with data-driven insights.
- Team Leadership: Ensure that your team of data scientists is solving the right problems with appropriate techniques and clear communication.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and subject matter expertise to teams on selecting metrics, interpreting data, and making actionable recommendations.
- Partnerships: Drive partnerships with HR Shared Services Technology, HR Delivery, IT teams, and vendors to deliver data management tools and system solutions.
- Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner for HR Shared Services Case Management, understanding and anticipating user needs and translating them into product requirements.
- User Experience: Develop frameworks for managing user queries and assessing delivery quality, and take charge of escalations for service quality incidents.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of significant technical experience in an analytics-centric functional area, preferably in HR.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM and its analytics suite, with the ability to leverage its full potential.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, building and managing teams, setting direction, providing feedback, and ensuring professional development.
- Deep experience in statistical analysis and a strong understanding of HR programs and HR delivery system processes.
