This position requires the candidate to complete a questionnaire and potentially interview with the company.
Rebar
- Assist in operation of rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders etc.
- Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand.
- Help production workers by supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
- Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition of materials used to produce them.
- Tie products in bundles for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with customers, business leaders, and employees.
- Must have basic computer skills and software knowledge.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with an excellent, strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational and listening skills a must.
- Must be able to learn quickly and multi-task.
