The Position
Window Treatment Specialists connect with opportunity either in the home or at our studio. They guide clients through the process of measuring out the windows, choosing the correct products, and final installation. Designers are supported by a full marketing team, scheduling staff, and in-house installers. Our studio will be located on the upper east side in the design district.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients to find the best window solutions for their space
- Develop innovative plans to meet needs and bring them to life in beautiful, tangible ways
- Create innovative design concepts and presentations that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate and prioritize your own time to be efficient and productive
- Strategize how to take measurements in the home and coordinate the best outcome for installation
- Communicate the value and technical aspects of the product to a client
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B partners such as architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2C clients through effective communication, exceptional service, and personalized design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development through to completion.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technology to continuously enhance design offerings and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
- Should be organized and detail oriented and able to keep track of workflow
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills that adapt to different situations
- Must be self-aware and able to collaborate with different types of individuals
- Demonstrates the capability of being technologically savvy
- Must be able to see, understand and implement design principles
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects in both residential and commercial settings.

Compensation
- First Year: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00+ guaranteed
- Second Year: Lesser base + Commission
- Includes Base Pay / Training + Commissions
- We do not offer a relocation package with this position
