Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Epec, LLC is a 70+ year old company outstanding in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, cable assemblies and more. We are currently looking for the right person to work in our customer service department. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday working in our New Bedford MA office.
The ideal candidate for this job should be ready for a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
You will be required to learn to use our quoting software, navigate through our ERP system, work directly with our outside sales team, and handle incoming customer calls and requests. Experience with reading blueprints and/or electrical schematics will be helpful.
On-the-job training is provided, and incentives/goals are set to encourage learning and increased performance.
If you have past experience in working with customers, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and be a team player, this could be the job for you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
