Position Description:
The Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Division Manager will have many responsibilities that contribute to the overall growth strategy of Campbells’ Plumbing and Heating. The role responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Developing and executing HVAC division strategy.
- Training and developing employees.
- Generating sales targets and tracking performance.
- Fostering healthy customer relationships.
- Working alongside contractors and customers to provide excellent experience.
People who are successful in this role are self-motivated, “fire in your belly” types who invest in their self and increase technical knowledge. This person should have HVAC technical knowledge, such as heat / loss calculations, proper equipment sizing, estimating, etc. This candidate should be eager to learn, problem solve, and set high expectations for himself/herself and for others. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and is a career position with opportunity for vertical career growth and advancement.
