Worth Home Products is a 20-yr. old e-commerce company based in Greenway Plaza that sells home decor products through our own top-10% in revenue performing Shopify store and the nation's largest online retailers, including Amazon and Home Depot.
We are highly automated business that is seeking an associate with strong experience and skill in inventory planning for our current high-volume product lines and future lines.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain/Forecasting Analyst needs to be a self-directed and results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a small team-oriented environment. The role will ensure that product is available in the right quantity and timing to support customer demand while meeting inventory targets and desired service levels. Assist with sales order processing and invoicing though our automated system.
Must have education, training and/or experience for this role. Some experience working on ERP systems or e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify is a plus. Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency a must.
Candidates experienced with handling automated sales order processing and invoicing or working with various business or accounting software programs also a plus.
The job duties involve:
- Using existing inventory, sales and production data plus market conditions and trends to forecast inventory planning
- Using our CIN7 software and your own Excel modeling to inform or confirm your recommendations
- Analyzing sales data for new product launches, returns, and overall customer feedback
This position will share responsibility for:
- Database requirements for our retail channels including vendor data requirements and EDI protocols. Ideal candidate enjoys processes and all things e-commerce.
- Help maintain accurate data on our websites and those of our retail partners for all product specifications, including pricing, DIMS, SKU’s, UPC's, product descriptions, images and manuals
- Some interaction with customers.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 3-years working in supply chain and/or e-commerceStrong analytical skills.
Thorough understanding of company product planning, logistics and experience with Amazon and Shopify preferred.
Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite or related software, ERP, Netsuite, SAP.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Communicate effectively and function calmly, a high degree of interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
