Job Summary
As a Telesales Representative, your main responsibility is to reach out to potential and existing patients to help them schedule appointments at our physical locations or through Telemedicine services. You'll also be able to promote and sell our Red Mountain products and services. During these calls, you'll introduce our Weight Loss services and aim to pique their interest. With your comprehensive understanding of all Red Mountain products and services, you'll use your persuasive communication skills to effectively present our offerings.
Core Responsibilities
- Reach out to individuals who have previously shown interest in Red Mountain's products or services through outbound calls
- Leverage persuasive communication techniques to effectively present Red Mountain's products or services, including any current offers, to both current and prospective patients
- Employ active listening techniques to collect information about potential clients, identify their requirements and preferences, evaluate their potential as paying customers, and then tailor the sales presentation to address their specific needs
- Ensure quick response to customer feedback by proactively anticipating concerns
- Use various strategies to encourage purchases, such as providing discounts, creating a sense of urgency, and emphasizing the value proposition when necessary
- Present prepared sales discussions using scripts or talking points to describe products/services and persuade patients to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
- Accurately schedule, change, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Build positive relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle calls professionally and appropriately while exuding confidence and remain convincing throughout the conversation
Schedule and Compensation
- This position requires a commitment to full-time hours, typically ranging between 35 and 40 hours per week.
- We operate from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. We schedule 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week. You must be available to work within these hours, and it is mandatory to work on Saturdays.
- The pay scale for this role varies between $18 and $25 per hour, depending on your previous outbound call center experience.
Skill and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
- At least six months of experience in sales, with a preference for telesales or outbound call center settings. This experience should include proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Warm, approachable, and non-judgmental demeanor, along with a genuine passion for assisting others – a true people-person.
