**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in reception or administrative roles and possess excellent customer service skills. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination of projects. The role requires a strong aptitude for office software, including QuickBooks, and an ability to computerize data. **Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the office, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, answering queries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Transcribe and organize important documents, such as meeting minutes and reports.
- Assist with weekly payroll, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
- Utilize computer software, including QuickBooks, to maintain accurate records and streamline office operations.
- Type reports, letters, and other documents with high accuracy and speed.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a administrative role is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, including office management, customer service, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including QuickBooks, and the ability to computerize data.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- A strong background in typing, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed.
