Responsibilities:
- Work with Chef and Sous to execute and plate menu items and specials according to specifications.
- Keep up with station prep and overall kithen prep and duties accordingly.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The ability to handle food safely and adhere to proper sanitation guidelines is essential.
