We are currently seeking a career driven, personable and self-motivated sales consultant. The focus of the sales consultant is to sell high volumes of new and used vehicles, while maintaining high professional standards and superior levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:
- Prefer someone with at least a sales background but automotive sales is not required
- Displays self-discipline and motivation that can work without constant supervision
- Maintains a professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
- Personable and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technology proficient
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- This position includes four broad areas of activity: self-motivated work habits, prospecting, selling & follow-up
- Review and train on new products on an ongoing basis to ensure thorough familiarity with all vehicles and services provided
- Complete the sale of vehicles by greeting customers in the showroom and completing walk arounds, demo drives, paperwork/documentation processing, and all vehicle delivery procedures
- Actively promote and develop new business opportunities by prospecting new customers with active engagement through phone, email, and text follow-up
- Consistent follow-up within our 3 main areas of opportunity (phone-ups, showroom walk-ins, and e-mail leads) to schedule appointments with unsold prospects
- Maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication and engagement with your customer base
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales performance goals
