Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated customer service rep to join our recruiter team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to our company's growth and success. *Customer Service/Call Center* candidates are highly suggested to apply. Paid training is available.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
•
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms to assist hiring managers in the selection process.

Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Administer and evaluate assessments or tests as required.
•
Offer Management:
- Work with hiring managers to formulate competitive job offers.
- Extend offers to candidates and manage negotiations regarding salary and benefits.
•
Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.

Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
