SUMMARY
The position focuses on Production material movement and handling. This individual is responsible for organizing send outs, trim, and zippers as well as coordinating the release of these Production materials to our vendors. This individual will be updating the Production team through WIP updates and regular communication. This role is in-person and the individual will work onsite every shift, each week. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Greater Los Angeles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pull and record materials as needed for outgoing releases
- Ensure receiving shipments are double-checked and errors are prevented
- Physically pack and prepare send outs, trim, and zippers for pick up
- Review trim pull sheets and log any shortages/backordered raw materials
- Utilize Full Circle to actualize trim pulled by the Raw Material team
- Create detailed records, document pick-ups, and archive signed packing slips
- Maintain and update internal Microsoft Excel WIPs throughout the production process, communicate estimated completion dates or delays to the Domestic Production Manager
- Interface with Quality Control team members to communicate updates
- Coordinate all communication with outside vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
- Order care labels
- Keep and maintain zipper inventory
- Receive trims in Full Circle
- Prepare and separate t-shirt blanks for wash and/or printing
- Participate in physical inventories as needed following all established procedures to ensure organization and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep work area is free of safety hazards
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, flexible in changing direction as needed
- Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Full Circle knowledge is a plus
- Candidate must be highly organized with ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency
- Candidate must be a team player, willing and able to work-cross functionally with multiple departments
- Self-starter with an understanding of the Design through Production process
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Production materials
- Able to work and think independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
- Ability to write correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to other employees
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
