What You’ll Do
As our Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the inside sales team for the US Pro Southeast region. You will develop and maintain positive customer relationships and keep current on company products, sales procedures and market conditions. You will also play a key role in the hiring, onboarding and development of the Inside Sales team and partner closely with the Operations Teams and Corporate Shared Services (CSS) departments.
Location: Based out of our Atlanta branch in Acworth, Georgia.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
At a high level, you will:
· Manage and lead the inside sales support and other related administrative and / or coordination services for the assigned region, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
· Collaborate with regional Operations and Sales team members to foresee and avoid potential service issues (stock, deliveries, production scheduling, etc.) ensuring customer service expectations are met and exceeded.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records, reports and customer data to provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
· Build a detailed understanding of mix of business and sales opportunities; share recommendations with the Sales Operations Manager/Regional Director of the region.
· Mentor and guide the Inside Sales team members within the region, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to established sales processes, including the use of SAP, pricing guidelines, and best practices
· Act as a brand ambassador and develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
· Effectively represent Metrie’s interests when dealing with customers, the community, employees and suppliers.
· Continuously monitor and analyze regional sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
Who You Are

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· You have 3-5 years sales and customer service experience.
· You are customer oriented. You put the customer first and go the extra mile to make our customers happy.
· You love to learn. You are passionate about growing your knowledge, skills, and being the best you can be.
· Values matter to you. You bring your true self to work and live by our values – passion, respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
· You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in reading and writing English.
· You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and SAP ERP system.
It would be an added bonus if you have:
· Experience within the molding/millwork and/or building materials industry.
· Prior experience in a team lead or direct supervisory/management role.
