The Flexmls Customer Success team is looking for a skilled communicator to act as its new Solutions and Communications Manager. The Solutions and Communications Manager acts as a liaison among many groups to define problems and collaborate and coordinate solutions. Many of these collaborations involve working with customers to identify problems and working the development team to define and implement sustainable solutions to those problems.
The Solutions and Communications Manager is a Flexmls system expert who fields questions from many teams. Clear and timely communication is critical to this role, as it helps FBS to set expectations with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss requests and find sustainable solutions
Meet with developers to determine feasibility of requests and recommendations
Maintain and prioritize a queue of outstanding requests
Provide clear and timely communication about ongoing projects to both internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain expertise on the Flexmls software to communicate its functions to many audiences
Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance internal processes
Work with members of the Training team to identify opportunities for additional documentation
Seek evaluation and feedback to continuously improve
Lead and manage one or more Communications Coordinators working with Flexmls customers, providing feedback and development opportunities while fostering growth in skills and knowledge
At least 4 years of professional work experience.
Aptitude for learning new technology and describing it to a variety of audiences.
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
Experience in Flexmls or comparable multiple listing software is required.
Salary range begins at $71,000-85,000, depending on experience.
