We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Oversee customer service processes and resolve issues promptly
- Organize office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for senior management
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Ensure the smooth running of the office's front desk operations
