Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator with us, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and interact with various stakeholders in the commercial building construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize software such as Procor, and Client Specific sites for project communications and uploading files.
- Assist in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans and quantities.
- Prepare submittals in accordance with project specifications.
- Track correspondence between company and client.
- Manage project insurance requirements.
- Support PM in the management of Change orders.
- Support the PM in the preparation of Time and Material Billings.
- Support the PM with Purchase order management.
- Support the PM with Project billings and performance.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in software tools like Bluebeam, Prolog and Procore is a plus.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding of construction processes.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
