Position Summary:
The Database Admin Developer is a crucial member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. Leveraging expertise in C Sharp (C#), Informatica Cloud, and Microsoft SQL Server, this role ensures the creation of robust and efficient database systems that support our business operations and user requirements.
The Database Admin Developer is expected to adhere to industry best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and code review, thereby ensuring the reliability and maintainability of the software solutions developed.
The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues in both production and non-production environments, ensuring continuous and smooth operation of our database systems. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities of this Role:
● Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C Sharp (C#), Informatica Cloud, and Microsoft SQL Server
● Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver features that meet user needs and business goals
● Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and code review
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
Experience and Skills Required
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
● 6+ years of professional software development experience
● Strong knowledge of C Sharp (C#), Informatica Cloud, and Microsoft SQL Server
● Experience with agile methodologies, code versioning tools, and CI/CD pipelines
● Knowledge of Tableau a plus
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
● Ability to work independently and proactively
● Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and support after-hours deployments

Additional Qualification:
● Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
● Requires the ability to work in both office and retail settings, adapting to frequent changes in movement and posture.

● Occasionally required to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
● Vision must be sufficient to see information in print and/or on electronic devices.
● Regular travel to multiple retail locations is necessary, trade shows, and vendor offices as needed.
● Must be able to engage in hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and managing paper/files, etc.
● Successful completion of a background screening.
