The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers with supplies orders, contacting stale accounts, finding out what customers want and need, setting up appointments as necessary, attending events as requested. Communicating well with departmental team to reach set sales goals is essential.
SUPERVISOR SKILL:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
· Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
· Call prospective customers and establish customer needs and create a customer-supplier relationship.
· Call stale customers with a past relationship to earn business back.
· Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
· Set up appointments for outside sales team.
· Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns, delivery issues, or service failures.
· Maintains a professional image when speaking to internal and external customers.
· Hours may vary due to meetings, networking, training, etc.
PERSONAL:
· Manage time effectively through keeping priorities in order.
· Maintain general organizational skills through personal planning.
· Display high ethics, character, and commitment to the business.
· Display initiative in handling problems and making the business grow.

QULIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Two to Three years sales experience preferred.
· Computer skills required; Microsoft office and Excel preferred.
· Customer Service experience preferred.
