Position Overview:
As a Sales and Merchandiser, you'll take on the exciting challenge of independently managing the sales and distribution of our products at your assigned Target location. Your pivotal role will involve bolstering our brand presence within your local market, by ensuring optimal product display, and availability to our valued customers.
You will be needed once weekly on Wednesday morning for roughly 30 minutes.
Compensation:
You'll receive a $20 base rate for going into the store once a week on Wednesday. If any additional displays are secured and you sell in more cases, you will receive $5 for every additional case delivered to fill that display.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with store managers, and staff to drive sales.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to coordinate timely delivery of Yerbaé to stores.
- Conduct regular visits to stores to oversee product placement, merchandise, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategic initiatives to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Actively engage with customers at stores to promote Yerbaé products, answer inquiries, and drive sales through product tastings when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, merchandising, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations or promotional events
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle with a current drivers license.
