Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This position requires proficiency in hotel management, front desk operations, and guest relations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations
- Assist with night audit procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures
