A services company in Maryland is looking to add a new Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to their growing staff in Silver Spring.
About the Opportunity:
The shifts are Sunday to Wednesday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am) or Wednesday to Saturday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am).
Responsibilities:
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring, networking, ticketing, and troubleshooting within the NOC environment.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience

Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree

Cisco networking skills

SolarWinds monitoring experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems

Experience with Cisco CCNA

CompTIA experience

Knowledge of Network Technologies, Connectivity, Protocols, and security
