We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our users.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, the sciences, management
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an Agile environment.
- At least 5+ years of demonstrated full-lifecycle product management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products and proprietary products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and others).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with user research methodologies and user experience (UX) principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Passion for building innovative and user-centric products.
- Possess excellent communication skills in presentation and written form.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and products simultaneously.
- Ability to lead/manage multiple projects.
- Ability to make decisions that positively impact products, projects and teams.
Your Mission in Motion:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define the product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Gather, assess and document business and product feature requirements.
- Research and evaluate industry innovations and technologies platforms.
- Agile Leadership:
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within the product team and across departments.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and epics for upcoming sprints.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are well-defined, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
- Facilitate product backlog refinement sessions and user story acceptance criteria.
- Manage Agile ceremonies.
- Define and deliver product demonstrations.
- User Experience (UX) Ownership:
- Partner with UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all product touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather user feedback and inform product decisions.
- Analyze user data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Author collateral, customer communications FAQ’s, and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with engineers, designers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient product development.
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all departments.
- Manage dependencies and ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
- Manage vendor and partner development.
- Metrics & Analytics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform future iterations.
- Leverage data insights to optimize user experience and drive product growth.
Paving your way to your success:
- Experience in the logistics industry.
- Experience working with Salesforce, financial/ERP systems and product development.
- A data-driven approach to product management.
- Experience working in matrixed environments.
- Possess strong qualitative and analytical skills to develop product strategies, plans, and market launches.
- Ability to complete tasks with limited direction.
- Can tell a great joke.
