We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced LVNs to join our team in our Community's assisted living and memory care department. The LVN will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' medical status and changes in condition
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with memory care residents is a plus
