Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Technical sales knowledge is preferred
- Account management skills

Pay: $35,790.57 - $75,000.00 per year
