Position Summary:
The Regional Manager motivates and inspires their team to achieve goals. They work closely with the Business Development Managers analyzing business trends, identifying missed opportunities, and developing plans to maximize performance. The Regional Manager will help formulate short and long term strategies and objectives, creating strong plans and milestones for execution.

KEY Responsibilities:
· Sets the standard and models exceptional customer service. Exemplifies IMAGE Culture.
· Drive top line sales while accounting for P&L
· Forecasts and watches business trends closely, promotional and launch successes, developing strong action plans to improve performance.
· Monitors and maintains ROI buyback report.
· Works closely with Business Managers, providing clear goals and monitoring performance.
· Holds weekly calls with each Business Manager.
· Coaches team in the moment, providing consistent and constructive feedback. Visits each team member in the field at least 3x/year.
· Assists in the creation of Sales training and professional development programs.
· Ensures strong execution of sales and marketing calendar with the BDM’s
· Regularly communicates with VP of US Sales to discuss strengths, opportunities, and trends in business.
· Attend quarterly management meetings to continuously innovate the IMAGE WAY.
· Work with Corporate Accounts Manager to ensure effective sales and promotional rollouts for all corporate accounts. Assist Corporate Account Manager in developing targets for each account and location.
· Assist BDM’s in the management of their top 10 accounts. Build and maintain relationships with top producing accounts in region.
· Manage a pipeline of AA and A prospects. Ensure each BDM is opening the minimum requirement of new accounts.

· Establishes clear expectations and assesses Business Manager’s performance through consistent observation, feedback, accountability, and coaching.
· Recruits and hires top talent. Develops strategy to retain high performing leaders. Makes a personal investment in the development of others
· Builds loyalty among the team through motivating and compelling communication.
Operations
· Reviews P+L and identifies opportunities to reduce expenses and ensure goals are met.
· Identifies and communicates opportunities to streamline and update policies and procedures
· Enforces all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years’ experience in the professional skin care field previous management experience a plus.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
· Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
· Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
· Able to build constructive and effective relationships
· Beauty Industry experience required. Esthetic’s license a plus.
· Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
