Kingsview is looking for a new member to join our dynamic team!
Objective:
We are looking for sales support talent combined with a competitive, energetic spirit to promote advisor success. The Sales Support Specialist will interact with Kingsview Partners in performing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well in a small team environment is essential. This will include keeping accurate records, preparing reports as needed, adhering to document retention policies and other duties as assigned. In this position you will work directly with the VPs of advisor strategy and support teams to serve as an additional key point of contact for new and existing Kingsview Advisors and clients, while having a strong understanding of the different programs and product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in aggressively growing sales and margins through excellent relationship and problem-solving skills
- Maintain and grow existing relationships by developing a solid understanding of advisors and client unique needs and preferences, recommending relevant products and solutions, maintaining regular contact, and cultivating long-term relationships
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external personnel
- Communicating promptly and efficiently, providing clear and consistent status updates, with external partners as well as internal support teams
- Update CRM records to ensure advisor pipeline needs are documented and follow up is scheduled
- Prepare insurance and investment comparison proposals for internal and external sales teams
- Manage communication and content for monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance and investment education platforms
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for position.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
- Constantly update job knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Travel: 10%
Required Education & Experience:
- At least three years of insurance and investment administrative support experience.
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MSFT 365; Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT and SharePoint.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills – both oral and written.
- Adaptable, can work independently in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Provide strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and effectively work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills and time management.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- High school degree.
- Must be a US citizen or possess a valid work permit.
Preferred Education & Experience:
· A business Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or job experience commiserate with duties.
· Wealth management industry experience.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Indoor, office setting with essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping or typing. Possibility of physical effort/lifting up to 20 to 50 pounds.
