Brand Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager with a strong background in guest communication technologies to join the Phonesuite team. As a key player in the hospitality industry, we are preparing to launch innovative solutions aimed at enhancing guest communication experiences in hotels. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to drive adoption of our new products among C-level executives and group decision makers in hotel brands, ownership groups, management companies, and selectively targeted individual hotels. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our product launch and contributes to our 30-year track record of success in the guest communication market.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and Selling Our Solutions:
· Dive deep into our upcoming guest communication tools, knowing them inside-out.
· Craft smart sales strategies to introduce and sell our products to target hotels, boosting revenue and market reach.
· Work closely with our product and marketing teams to create persuasive sales materials that showcase the benefits of our solutions.
Engaging with Clients:
· Connect with top-level executives and influencers in the hotel industry to grasp their communication needs.
· Present our products in an engaging way, highlighting how they address hotel pain points and benefit guests.
· Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted partner throughout the sales process.
Staying Ahead of the Curve:
· Keep your finger on the market changes, staying informed about trends and competitor offerings.
· Analyze the competition to identify opportunities and challenges, guiding our sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with our product, engineering, and support teams, gathering feedback and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
· Share insights from the field to help shape future product development and sales approaches.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
· Proven success in sales within hospitality, especially in guest communication.
· Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest communication needs.
· Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about innovation.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, often.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
