- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with data entry tasks and document filing
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in an office setting is always a plus
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
