Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Associate to join our Real Estate Management team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various office tasks, and assist in maintaining an efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a personal assistant to management by organizing and prioritizing tasks
- Coordinate projects by communicating with team members and tracking progress
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist in proofreading documents and transcribing .
- Utilize computer literacy to create spreadsheets, reports, data entry
- Previous Office experience of at least five years is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
