We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dynamic team. As an LVN, you will play an important role in providing exceptional client care support.

As an LVN at The Mark Men’s Health, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our valued patients. You will be responsible for assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, Physician’s Assistant or Physician. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate medical personnel
- Assist in the coordination of patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, and medications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, and policies, including HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with clerical and administrative task as needed

Requirements:
- Valid and current LVN license in the state of California
- Valid certification in Phlebotomy
- Valid certification in BLS
- Proven experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
