Cambio Consulting Group LLC is seeking to hire a full-time Technical Project Analyst with Web Designer/Engineering experiencefor a long-term consulting project with the federal government located in Monterey, CA supporting the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Naval Research Program (NRP). This position will support all aspects of the multi-year overlapping programs, manage the entire Internet Technology (IT) web content, and provide general program support diverse stakeholders per program requirements.
On-site 5 days a week with working hours between 0800 -1630 ( 8 AM - 430 PM) PST, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in a field with emphasis in Web Design and Engineering.
- Five (5) years’ experience writing clean and modern HTML5, CSS3.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience writing JavaScript.
- Two (2) years’ experience using advanced Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe, and Dreamweaver).
- Two to three (2-3) years of related mid-level technology insertion and system integration experience, including coordination, and support roles within a complex multi-level organization.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in automated integration and HTML5 problem solving.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Avanced Excel skills, including formula building, reverse engineering, and data interpretation.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience using a Windows operating system.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ demonstrated experience with web content management using Liferay.
- Three (3) years’ experience with customer service, problem solving, and working in a team environment.
- Three (3) years of experience in setting up booths for trade shows and similar events.
- Ability to set up 50 booths within one working day, and also breakdown and remove 50 booths within one working day.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and work effectively in a team operational environment.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills to track multiple overlapping program deliverable.
- Ability to apply both quantitative (e.g., budgets, survey results, or other data) and qualitative analytical methods.

Desired:
- Two to three (2-3) years of related experience working with defense-related government agencies is desirable.
Position Duties & Tasks:
- Mastery of knowledge of internal NRP policies and regulations, the NRP systems, and the workflow of the relationship between the NRP systems and its stakeholders.
- Understanding of analytics/matrices gathering, analysis, and reporting, along with an ability to support social media outreach including creating, editing, and formatting imaging for social media posts, profiles, covers, and other elements of social media including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn is required.
- Provide support services for IT web content, Life-ray (or an equivalent NPS Content Management system) portal and NRP Website management, and other software programs utilized by NRP program (Coues, Calhoun, Fairs, Whova) and general program support of the NRP.
- Advanced skills in Web design and Engineering with Advance Software Skills in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), ES6+ Javascript, Advance Adobe, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SolidWorks as well as one-on-one customer support skills.
- Provide expert level technical support on-site as content/web manager for the NRP Topic Portal Liferay Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) system and provide general customer support to all component elements of NRP.
- Integrate any technology changes and upgrades as approved by the Information Technology and Communications Services (ITACS) Liferay Manager/ITACS NRP Point of Contact (POC) and NRP PM to meet multi stakeholder (i.e., NPS Faculty, NPS Students, and USN and USMC topic advocate) user requirements and to maintain operational currency of NRP Liferay Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) systems.
- Provide information and answer technical questions pertaining to sustainment of the NPS NRP Liferay IT/IM systems in coordination with the ITACS Liferay Manager/ITACS NRP POC.
- Support, tracking, and metrics.
- Attend program meetings such as NPS NRP weekly status meetings, NRP Liferay Project Upgrade meetings, Working Group meeting(s), program reviews, and other sustainment activities.
