This manufacturer supports oil field operations and has been an industry leader for several years with a dynamic line of products and parts. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager to help with our growing sales team and scale our growth upward. A strong, organized, disciplined, and performance-focused sales leader is needed.

● Has a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, but earning potential can reach $100,000 with commissions.

Job Overview:
In this role, Sales Manager will be responsible for handling and overseeing the daily activities of our Inside Sales Representatives. They will also be responsible for following the outlined processes and KPI’s in a professional manner to hold accountability for those processes and KPI’s. As a co-worker with the VP of Business Development, they will be working with and coordinating with Business Development and Outside Sales efforts. All activities to ensure that all hiring, training, and sales processes are followed. They should have excellent past experience in sales and customer service in order to make good decisions and communicate efficiently with both customers and sales team members. They should also have good organizational, time management, be disciplined as well as have good planning skills.
Job Requirements:
● Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with a sales team of 5 or more
● Must be proficient in sales techniques and how to engage customers
● Must understand and model closing techniques in the sales process
● Must have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office products
● Must understand and have experience in coaching sales associates
● Must be comfortable with technology, such as working in a computer environment, and using a CRM
● Must possess good oral and written communication skills
