We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years a prior dental experience. You will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during various dental procedures and providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and providing chairside assistance to the dentist. - Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning, and providing other chairside support
- Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
- Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and using medical imaging software
- Familiarity with medical documentation and coding procedures
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
