Responsible for strategizing and executing brand operation strategies using their extensive knowledge of operational contacts, systems, processes and policies and leading regular productive communication with cross-functional teams. Develop and manage promotions, customer programs and event activities to achieve business objectives for the Global Sales Organization.
Develop and manage the commercial operations programs, processes, and communications to maximize the sales teams’ effectiveness and sales results for the Global Sales Organization
Serve as the principal operational intermediary, fostering collaboration and innovation across multifunctional teams (including supply chain, distribution, sales, finance, and customer service) to formulate strategic project plans that support brand objectives
Innovate, recommend, gain agreement, and execute enhancements across processes, systems, best practices, communication channels, and performance metrics to help exceed brand performance requirements
Primary lead on Brand related projects, which operate across multiple brands globally, responsible for acquiring resources, establishing process and delivering result for each project (i.e. execution of all brand related milestones and deadlines for trade shows)
Analyze business reports and brand metrics to identify methods to improve P&L through operational efficiencies
Primary contact for system and process related operational problems, facilitating solutions to meet brand objectives in an operationally sound way
Contribute as a ‘brand champion’ creating a strong team focus, commitment and enthusiasm aligned with Marchon’s objectives
Organize and manages daily PR Team Activities, projects, and efficiencies
Responsible for all development, coordination, tracking, analytics and payouts for all promotions and programs annually
Oversee all promotional programs, budgeting, strategy, and analytics
Manage budget and purchasing for all events, promotional items, rewards programs including Online Rewards, Tango and ECP media programs
Manage cross line of business relationships for marketing for events, rewards programs, and special projects
Manage overall collateral and sales material distribution process, developing and implementing best practices. Forecast and analyze usage of sales materials
Maintain a leadership position and adhere to timely communication processes and procedures
Coach and manage staff to ensure skills and knowledge is continually developed to meet future marketing and business needs; provide oversight of department activities such as planning, hiring, performance reviews and budgeting
Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 years of additional experience related to the functional area.
Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Five years in the optical industry, preferably the lens segment.
Proven project management skills with high impact, large-scale projects; demonstrated experience in driving organization change
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.

Salary Ranges: $100,000.00 - $157,500.00
