Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform administrative and clerical activities to support the function of the Public Housing Program
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and contacting residents
- Schedule interim and annual re-examinations
- Prepare resident files an participate in leasing
- Obtain, and verify all records of information on current household income, family composition and calculates rent
- Prepare work orders for maintenance and organize time sheets
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in clerical tasks
- Experience with calendar management
- Strong organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills (not required):
- Previous Housing Experience
- Management or Administrative Experience
