Senior Account Manager
Job Overview:

Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, nurturing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential clients and expand the customer base
- Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team to drive performance excellence
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize sales processes and strategies
- Collaborate with the technology sales team to promote innovative solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques and building rapport with clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
