Job Overview:
Looking for a catalyst to be at the heart of our commercial interactions with specific product lines in the North American market.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of business development through the capture of new opportunities, and through the growth of ongoing business activities and historical accounts, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers;
- Guide and direct the Sales and Engineering functions during the prospecting, sales pipeline, and new product development processes;
- Develop sales support tools and train Exxelia USA Sales Managers, Manufacturing Reps, and Distributors on the product portfolio offerings;
- Develop product pricing, account-based pricing and value pricing strategies;
- Track quotation and proposal activity, and maintain related KPI's.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA preferred
- Experience with pre-sales activities and product demos
- Electronics knowledge is a must - preferably in passive components
- At least 5 years of experience with Defense; Civil Aviation, Medical and/or Mass Transportation manufacturing markets
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to travel over 30% of the time.
