**Position Overview:**
OBC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have 1-2 years of experience. This role offers an opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessment and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement ABA interventions and monitor progress
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 0-2 years of ABA experience
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
