SUMMARY
Assist the accounting department in data entry and filing of all paperwork that comes into the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Enter bills of lading into Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Organize and enter driver per diem sheets into Excel.
- Reconcile fuel reports and cash advances.
- Stuff and mail invoices.
- Scan and file bill of ladings.
- Verify all scans went into Trindocs.
- Clear out Trindocs bill of lading error file.
- Pull BOL copies and replace with originals.
- File accounts payable check stubs/invoices.
- Assist in working returned mail.
- Research customer billing not included on bill of ladings.
- Match credit card statements to receipts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Related experience in customer service and organizational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Individual must have the ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to use excel formulas for certain calculations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic Windows Environment to include Microsoft Office Suite. Additional computer training may be required.
