Responsibilities:
- Association Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium associations.
- Implement and enforce association policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the associations.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage association budgets.
- Collect and process assessments and fees.
- Provide financial reports to the board and stakeholders.
- Vendor and Contract Management:
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Obtain bids for services and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure the quality of services provided by vendors.
- Board Relations:
- Communicate effectively with association boards.
- Attend board meetings and provide updates on association activities.
- Collaborate with the board to address community concerns.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community among residents.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
- Plan and execute community events and meetings.
Requirements:
- License and Certification:
- Active Illinois license for Community Association Managers.
- Additional industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in condominium association management.
- Proven track record of successful community management.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with property management software and G-suite.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
