Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our specialty medical practice The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the front desk, and assist with administrative tasks. The successful applicant will have experience in a medical office, with a focus on patient care and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing patients to the appropriate areas of the office.
- Provide customer support, responding to patient inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient records and maintaining accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Utilize electronic health record and scheduling software
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and follow established protocols for answering and directing calls.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office as a scheduler and check-in, check-out services.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
